Challenge: 
Poor demand management processes causing orders to be late, high levels of WIP, and excessive cost of goods sold.

Process: 
Implemented lean manufacuting with new demand processes encompassing all facets of their organization including order entry, scheduling, purchasing, IT, and production. 

Result: 
Sales volume increased, WIP significantly reduced,  delivery performance is approaching 100% on time, and Sales Revenues Per Employee increased by 24% within six months or project completion.
