Optional DemandCaster Supplemental Support Plans:

Though our monthly support plans are optional, many of our clients opt-in for these supplemental support packages because it helps ensure ongoing success and increase ROI. We have found that many smaller organizations do not have personnel skilled in these functions and our packages give them peace of mind knowing they can call us at any time for help.

We also offer outsourced demand planning packages and project based consulting on an as needed basis to address specific operational issues as they arise.

 
Support packages include:

• Monthly demand planning, supply planning, and sales and operations planning support. We work with your personnel to assure you get the most out of DemandCaster and your operations.
• Preparation of custom reports in support of specific business objectives.
• Custom data integration to and from external systems such as customer VMI’s and company web-sites.
