Change is necessary for a business to grow and develop. However, you can’t change the way that people think or a company’s culture overnight. Industry Week said, “Leaders should try to change how people act in the organization by defining the behaviors that they want, providing training on those behaviors, and then reinforcing those behaviors with appropriate incentives and punishments.” Invest time into changes that you believe are important and valuable! Encourage your employees to be problem solvers and show them that you value their input. Be an example for what you want the company’s culture to be.
