Everyone is talking about the labor shortage - and for good reason! Attracting and retaining employees seems to be harder than ever. One way you can tackle this is be trying to retain retirement-age employees with incentives and benefits. You could also partner with a vocational school, forming a talent funnel. Industry Week said, “While there will continue to be much talk about robots replacing humans on the production floor, in reality, the automation advancements that are sweeping across the industry are opening up whole new worlds of high-tech job opportunities for skilled workers.” So change the perception and attract some great new employees!
