NetSuite EVP of Development Evan Goldberg concluded his SuiteWorld 2018 product keynote with a brief description of how NetSuite is applying machine learning technology to its midmarket cloud ERP platform. He reported it will cover functions such as ecommerce, supply chain, analytics and finance by drawing on Oracle’s machine learning services and applying the artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to the rich datasets in each company’s NetSuite instance across ERP, e-commerce, HR and CRM. It will also affect anonymized data from all the different industries in the NetSuite customer ecosystem and the broader customer experience data held in the Oracle Data Cloud.
